As a Visa Signature cardholder, you are eligible to receive airport lounge access for you through LoungeKey. There is no need to register prior to visiting the lounge; simply present your Visa Signature card to the lounge staff for the lounge staff to process your visit.

All guest visits over your free allocation will be billed by LoungeKey directly to your Visa Signature card at USD $32 per guest per visit.
Terms and Conditions: Lounges can choose to participate in the program, and can come and go from the program as and when they choose. Visa is not committed to having a lounge in your home market. Access to lounges is dependant on capacity of the lounge at the time, and any other lounge restrictions. Specifics on the lounges can be viewed on the URL or the app. If you card is declined for a visit charge, LoungeKey may choose to cancel your LoungeKey membership.

Concierge WhatsApp services
As a Visa Signature cardholder, you now have access to WhatsApp concierge channel in addition to telephone, email and digital service. You will also be able to chat to Lifestyle Managers any time of day and night via the popular messenger WhatsApp.
- Simply add the provided phone numbers to your contact list and start the chat:
- For English: +44 7874 023129
- For French: +44 7520 631646
- For Arabic: +44 7520 631645
- Once the phone number has been added to your contact list you can send messages to the concierge service via WhatsApp. The first chat will contain Terms and Conditions (disclaimer) and a confirmation that this chat is coming from the registered account of “Ten Concierge”.
- As soon as Concierge receives your message, you will see the name of the Lifestyle Manager who has joined the conversation. Should all Lifestyle Managers be unavailable, you will receive a response message saying that the next available Lifestyle Manager will assist you.
- The concierge service requests your first and last name and email/Member ID in a response message in order to complete the verification.
- You are able to send images, links, attachments and voice messages. Ten Concierge can share links and send images via links in response, but is will not be able to transmit voice messages or attachments. The present phone number is for text messages only, attempts to call or video call will be automatically declined.
- As soon as the chat is completed, you will receive a notification saying that the Lifestyle Manager has left the conversation. Another message you send is considered a new chat.
For New Users:
Concierge will reply to your first WhatsApp message with a request for you to call them. Please call back and provide telephone number for further communication between you and Concierge. This is to verify the card number and complete your profile and registration.
